Ypops & Yahoo

I've just setup Ypops to download my yahoo folders, and it worked alright for the first hour or so, and hasn't downloaded anything since. I'm running XP Pro, with Firefox & Thunderbird. I have a high speed cable connection for internet service. My Gmail account is dumping new messages regularly, so I don't think there is a problem with Thunderbird. Any help out there?
