YPOPs!, Outlook 03, and Vista x64 issues

I recently upgraded my primary OS to Vista 64-bit (got some more memory). On my XP I had YPOPs! working wonderfully bringing in my yahoo mail.
I now cant get it working for the life of me on vista. I've used compatibility mode. Ran it as administrator. Used yahoo in both classic and the new web client. I've overdone the profile probably 5 times now in Outlook 2003. I've even tried to use Windows Mail and create a new account.
Lets see.... I've checked the ports many times and even tried some other ports I thought may work. My internet does not block yahoo mail in the browser. Not using a proxy.

I dont know any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Any questions let me know.

Came across Ypops for the first time yesterday.Got 0.9.7.3 working with Vista 64 ultimate and outlook '07 (v. similar to '03).This wasn't at the first attempt.Looking at the setup it's pretty much as suggested elsewhere on this board but the one one thing I think that got it going for me was changing the server time out to long i.e. More Settings/Advanced/Server Timeouts ---->Long 10 mins.HTH.
