ypops incredimail & yahoo

I have a free yahoo account, I use Windows Vista Home edition. I downloaded ypops. I have tried every configuration I can think of and I get a different error every time. Is there a CURRENT step by step instruction in setting up both ypops and incredimail with maybe screenshots of the CURRENT versions? Or, does ypops not work with yahoo free accounts any longer? Thanks
