Thomas Skariah has been kind enough to port YPOPs! for Ubuntu.
If you're interested in downloading the packages, visit his site: YPOPs! for Ubuntu
Thanks Thomas.

ok, I have built a new package of YPOPS! 0.9.5 for Debian-i386 platform. But since there are new changes committed after this release, I assume it is not very stable.

Unfortunately, YPOPs for Ubuntu or any other linux platform does not have a GUI frontend. If you want to change the configuration, you would have to use a text editor to edit the file /etc/ypops.ini
