YPOPs does not work with outlook 2007

I just downloaded YPOPs 9.7.3 and for some reason its not working properly. I can't send any emails and its not downloading new emails from the yahoo mail. I'm currently using outlook 2007. can someone please help me.

same problem. i have gotten the emails in, but not , out. or so it seams. . so it doesnt work
