Since I installed v 0.9.7.1, I have consistently had the same problem with YPOPs, and it was NOT corrected with the installation of v 0.9.7.3. When I start YPOPs, it starts to immediately occupy between 78 and 99% of my processor (according to the Task Manager), it essentially cripples my computer, and when the computer finally is able to start downloading e-mails, I get multiple copies of every e-mail. It does not remove the e-mails from the server, despite the fact that I don't have my Yahoo account in Outlook set to leave a copy on the server. The only way to get my computer to start working again is to terminate YPOPs, which just about instantly frees up my processor and gets the computer back to running normally.
I am running Outlook 2003 on an XP Pro workstation. I have the incoming and outgoing mail servers properly set to 127.0.0.1. I have restarted after each install, and repeatedly in between in an effort to fix this. Nothing works.
