YPOPs! 0.9.5.14 has been released!

I give up, so am posting my logs for help. Am trying to access Yahoo mail and have it run in Windows Live Mail ver. 14. I have Windows Live Mail working with a gmail account and his been working fine. I switched from the Classic yahoo mail to the current version. Running Windows XP, NAV 2009. Everything seems to be working and it looks like it is downloading emails and the count can get high but nothing is ever displayed in Live Mail. I have tried every different set of configurations I could think of. One site said use ‘localhost’ instead of 127.0.0.1 but that did not work either. Also YPOPSs! Does not start at Windows startup even though it is configured that way; it has been manually started. Some of the html files were not included for personal id purposes.

First delete the ne.login2html.txt files, it is corrupted, it should be an html file. Also it's not needed to troubleshoot as you successfully logged in to Yahoo! Same goes for cookies-ne.txt, delete it from your post.

I wish I could help unfortunately I am not one of the developers.

According to the log you are logged in fine to Yahoo! It also shows that you had 15 messages in the Inbox and 1 messages in Spam. What is strange is the first message that YPOPs tries to retrieve is message 16 (Command received from email client: RETR 16) it attempts this 41 times. It never even tried to retrieve any other messages.

In looking at my log, YPOPs always starts with RETR 1. I have no messages in Spam so this could be why (just a guess). You could try unchecking Bulk Mail in YPOPs and see if that make a difference.

fyi website host: everytime i am on this site (http://ypopsemail.com) my PC gets attacked, and today the "http Malicious
Tookkit Download Activity" attacked my PC.

Yahoo!mail has: Inbox 4, Spam empty, Trash empty. So there is no spam/bulk mail.

Configure YPOPs!: 1) Receiving Email/Empty Bulk Mail on exit unchecked

Also had two attacks today while looking for a cure in YPOPS for the 'new' problem of "THE RETR COMMAND DID NOT SUCCEED", I have listed them below. I'm beginning to wonder just how secure this site is!

Until someone from YPOPS issues a new realease which can overcome these new quirks with Yahoo there's nothing that can help you other than going the 0.9.5.9 route for sending only.

And the redirecting to new pages for ads like YELLOW PAGES, ***** etc. is still going on. Is there no one within YPOPS that can take some corrective steps to remedy this?

Strange I do not see this problem. You are not alone either. See this thread, YPOPs! • View topic - YPOPs forum does screwy things.

I am using Firefox 3.06 with NoScript and Adblock Plus Add-ons. Perhaps that is why I am not seeing this problem, I am not seeing any ads either.

I downloaded the 9.5.14 version, but receive page not found error on one of my Yahoo accounts. Two other Yahoo accounts work fine. How do I correct?

Yes, I am seeing this issue with OL2007 and my Yahoo! (classic) account. It started this morning.

Installed ADBLOCK PLUS yesterday and the redirecting to other pages stopped but then I also noticed where some of the SPAM ADS on this site were removed; so I don't really know. Also, installed NOSCRIPT this morning, thanks for the reply. BTW, 0.9.5.9 still works for sending mail in Thunderbird but Still can't receive anything.
