First delete the ne.login2html.txt files, it is corrupted, it should be an html file. Also it's not needed to troubleshoot as you successfully logged in to Yahoo! Same goes for cookies-ne.txt, delete it from your post.

According to the log you are logged in fine to Yahoo! It also shows that you had 15 messages in the Inbox and 1 messages in Spam. What is strange is the first message that YPOPs tries to retrieve is message 16 (Command received from email client: RETR 16) it attempts this 41 times. It never even tried to retrieve any other messages.
In looking at my log, YPOPs always starts with RETR 1. I have no messages in Spam so this could be why (just a guess). You could try unchecking Bulk Mail in YPOPs and see if that make a difference.
