using YPOPS with windows mail

i am getting the following errors using YPOPS. The mails download alright but i still get the following errors plus i cannot send mails with my windows mail.

the error is as follows:

Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account: 'localhost', Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR message 1 could not be downloaded', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

i need help i don't know what am doing wrong.

appears to be a problem with the message in windows mail
