Outlook 2007 dose not work with ypops 0.9.7.1

I installed ypops 0.9.7.1 and my yahoo mail still puts just one copy in outlook 2007 inbox and leaves my yahoo inbox empty. I want to keep mail in yahoo mail and outlook. Outlook will do this without ypops so what am I missing.
