Not Able to receive & send mails

hi people,

i recently found out about this program, i installed it & configured my mail client & yahoo Pops as per the instructions given.. but still i cant receive & send mails....

i have a Win XP , my mail client is Outlook Express 6.0, i have double checked my username & password & the entire configaration procedure...but no luck.. while sending a mail it shows me the login screen again n again....
