Need help with Outlook 2007

I tried this on Outlook 2007 and Windows Live Mail and I still can't get this program to work.

In Outlook, when I click Send and Receive:

Yahoo! - Sending...Completed
Yahoo!- Receiving...Processing

And I've left that for about 20-30 minutes and it doesn't move from there. I looked for the activity log after I uninstalled and reinstalled yPops! but I could not find it this time. Last time it said it was able to successfully log into my account but it said I had 0 emails...and gives me an error when I try to send an email last time. This time when I try sending an email- it does not move out of my Outbox.

Any suggestions?

Also, it says its 33% done (before when I tried it last it got up to 75%) and in the box where it says if the tasks were completed or not, it says Downloading Messages...but it never finishes. The task in my task manager for yPops has also maxed my CPU to 100%
