I am having issues with ypops. i have windows vista and outlook express 07. i can access pop server, but i have like 748 emails and it only downloads a fraction of them. I also am not able to send using outlook. Please help.

You could try reading some of the other forum topics. There are a lot of suggestions including switching over to Yahoo! Mail Asia or Yahoo! Mail UK & Ireland to possibly get POP access. There is also a new version 0.9.7.3.
