Installation error

Hi,

I'm completely new to this so please be gentle!
I have this morning installed the latest version of YPOPS as I wish to use Windows Live Mail rather than go via my browser.
However when I try to run YPOPs I get this error message:

"The application failed to initialise properly (OxCO150002)"

What do I need to do / what am I doing wrong??
