src/README.unix-linux has instructions for doing this. IFyou are having problems, please provides some details. If it's not compiling or linking, please copy/paste the output here.

I have been getting this message:

Code: Select all
g++ -g -fkeep-inline-functions -fno-default-inline -D_REENTRANT -I../lib/re_lib -I../lib/mimepp-1.3.3/src -I../lib/mimepp-1.3.3/examples/email -I/usr/include -I/usr/include/openssl -c LogFile.cpp
LogFile.cpp: In member function `void LogFile::Write(LOGTYPE, const char*, ...)':
LogFile.cpp:159: error: jump to label `write_exit'
LogFile.cpp:111: error:   from here
LogFile.cpp:113: error:   enters scope of non-POD `__va_list_tag list[1]'
make[1]: *** [LogFile.o] Error 1

I am running FC3 on x86_64. I have set my makefile to point to the 64-bit libraries. If I comment out lines 111 and 112, it compiles and runs, but I'm guessing I can't disable logging.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

ATTENTION !!!!!!! FC is beta - It will ALWAYS be a beta distro. RH does NOT support it. If a company does NOT support there own distro its a good sign TO NOT USE IT !!!!!

Since you and 10 million other people think FC is God's gift to linux better start praying because I won't help and I know alot of people that feel the same way about FullofCrap(FC).
