How can I build ypops for window

I have download the source files,but I can't build them in window.I use winxp sp2.download the mimepp and extract to lib/mimepp,but not find the mime.dsp.build ypops,oupput error msg:can't find the mimepp.lib,but it is there the file.someone can give me the whole process for building the project?

I have this problem, too.

problem explanation:
I download ypop v0.9.5.4 . I thinks this is written in Visual C++ 6.0 .

so in file menu in VC6, i selected "open workspace" and i got it "ypop.dsw".
after that, was opened a window and wanted "MIME.dsp". but didn't exist in any directory of download source file.

please help me.
