Having trouble again today

Is anyone else having trouble with getting mails to download..first thing this am had no problems getting my ypops to download my yahoo mail into my incredimail program..but when I tried again later this morning all it's doing is sitting and spinning..shows I have 1 of 29 mails at 0% downloaded..been saying that now for over 2 hrs..I've shut it down, rebooted my computer several times..started it back up and still get the same thing..it perhaps the ypops servers down or is it like normal just me and my puter dummy showing again?
