Getting Windows Exception errors

Postby CollateralDamage on August 24th, 2009, 11:54 am

Hello. Just downloaded YPOPs. I went through all of the tutorials and set it up correctly, I think. I was able to download messages from my Yahoo account into Thunderbird, but it didn't retrieve all of the messages in my inbox. More specifically, it didn't retrieve any of the most recent messages, say around the most recent 2 weeks worth. It got all the rest. When I click "Get Mail" in Thunderbird, it says there are no more messages in my inbox. That's one problem. And there are more messages in my Yahoo inbox.

The other one is I am getting Windows Exception errors with YPOPs and it shuts down. That's been right from the start. I have it set to start when Windows boots, but it doesn't seem to. I have to click on it to start. I don't have the hide icon box checked. I restarted the computer after install, but that didn't seem to do anything.

Here's the log from Event Viewer:

one of your installed programs is wrongly writing into a memory area ist should't have and ypops is trying to use that area
