Error 540 when I send mails from Outlook 2007

I have a trouble with my Outlook or my Ypops, I don't know, when I send a mail from Outlook (2007) an error is appears me (Error 540 Mail Unavailable)

Why appears me this error, please I need use my outllok and I can't send nothing. Sometimes when appears me this error the mail it succeed in arriving, but the error continue appears me.
