error 0x800ccc90

please help me with the following error
i am using ypop 0.9.5.4
till yesterday it was running perfectly but this morning i am getting this error,
i tried to uninstall and reinstall ypop, deleted my account in OE and created new one but getting the same problem.

Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC90) :

'Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you

continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or

Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: -ERR message 1

could not be downloaded'
