Entrance page of yahoo mail server

YahooPops doesn't work on my configuration because the URL 'http://mail.yahoo.com' is locked by my enterprise proxy, however I can loggin at the page 'http://edit.europe.yahoo.com/config/mail?.intl=es'

Could you do, please, something like another point of configuration where I can specify the entrance page of the yahoo mail server?
