dont seem to work?

Just downloaded and installed Yahoopop's 0.6, followed all the set up insturction but still dont seem to work?
tryed setting it up on both Opera and Microsoft Outlook 2002.

in opera a message comes up saying:

[email protected]
Server dropped connection while authenticating.

and in Outlook it says:

!Task 'localhost - sending and receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Can anyone help??
