Cant Access Yahoo Mail None at all

I am using the very latest version of Ypops but I cannot access my Yahoo Mail via YahooPops. I changed my location to yahoo Asia and in the Ypops program too. I set my account as Pop3 and IMAP and have changed settings to localhost and 127.0.0.1 but nothing works. I even tried it without ypops too. By the way I am using Windows live Mail. Nothing I do works. I am in Jamaica as well if that helps. It keeps asking for my username and password everytime i try to access the account and when i ensure everything is right it still asks. What should I do?

Is there no one out there that can assist me with a solution? Any at all?
