can't send...server rejected message

After setting up and following the directions to a t,
now when I go to send a message, I get a server rejected message and my mail has not been sent.

I can receive fine.
Help!

I found out why!

I went and tried to send a message directly from my yahoo account and a page popped up that I had to enter a 4 digit code to prevent spammers from using my account.

It was a yahoo safegaurd.
Hm.
First time I've seen that.

Now my ypops works fine!
