Can't get my yahoopops to work (outlook express 6)

I've followed all the directions under the "configuring mail clients" in the documentation section of the main menu and I can't get my emails from yahoo.
Here's the error I get from outlook express 6:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'Yahoo!', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Can anyone help?
