Applying YPOPS to Windows 7

Hello,

I have downloading what I believe is the newest version of YPOPS to Windows 7, however I can't see any *.exe or *.com files to install it??? My reason for downloading YPOPS is to bypass paying for a Yahoo Mail Plus account thus using Outlook 2010 to access my emails. My question is how how to use YPOPS, what file within the downloaded uncompressed *.zip file do I need to access & how do I apply them to my Outlook 2010 to use as a POP3 account please?
