Postby one on November 25th, 2004, 7:32 am

I have been using YP for a month now successfully with 2 accounts. However, for the last 2 weeks i have not been able to receive emails from one of my accounts, I keep getting a "line 3: 2731 Segmentation fault". I am still able to send emails to this account but not receive.

using ypops version 0.6, any ideas ?????????????

It's the same problem as the one on Windows

Look in the Windows forum (the sticky post from muerte33), the Linux version has the same problem.

Don Beusee has figured out a solution, go here: http://home.comcast.net/~dbeusee/ to get it. You need to download the changed source files and apply the patches and then recompile for Linux (it's basically enlarging the size of the buffer for msg IDs). You'll still be running with a buffer overflow problem, so use at your own risk.
